What American Army Units were Based out of Sur Cher in Saint Florent France?

My grandmother Fernande DELANOUE was born in 1900.

She lived in SAINT-FLORENT-SUR-CHER (center of France, near Bourges) where American soldiers were based. She washed the uniforms of soldiers …and she knew one of these soldiers … and as a result my father was born in December 1919.

Is it possible to list the American Army units which were based in SAINT-FLORENT-SUR-CHER before return in USA?

Thank you very well
